What is the difference between a team and individual contracts?

The team contracts are designed to educate a whole team, department or organization in secure DevOps. It includes onboarding, and there are customizable add-ons. The corporate and enterprise contract includes a partnerships manager to have proper guidance to a well-educated secure DevOps team.

Is there a refund if I switch from an individual contract to a team?

Yes, you will get a refund with a maximum of 900 EUR (one-year subscription) if you switch to a team contract with your organization.

What is an in-house tournament?
We wanted to have an onboarding in a fun way, so we came up with a tournament. In the first month of the contract, we launch a tournament to create security awareness and gather data on your organisation's current level of security. This gives us a great start after the tournament to continue with continuous learning at the right level. 
How many teams can be defined?

One team contains 10 team members. To define how many teams there are, you have to divide the total by 10. If you have 100 colleagues who are in the everable contract, you have 10 teams. 

What is the benefit of a partnership manager?

The partnership manager helps to make the contract a success. Together you define the most important KPIs to track on a monthly basis, reflect and keep in touch for progress.

Will I be charged for a free trial?

There is no charge for a free trial.

You have 14 days to try out one starter course. After 14 days you get the option to subscribe for a starter license or an advanced one. 

What kind of support is available?

Can I cancel at any time?

This depends on the type of subscription you chose. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled on a monthly base. Yearly subscriptions can only be cancelled yearly. 

How much time will I have to complete my course?

The preparation lab usually takes between 15 - 60 minutes to complete. However, you can take as much time as you want. After completing the preparation lab, it is up to you when to start the hands-on lab. When you do, ensure that you are prepared to complete the lab in one run! You can prepare yourself by ensuring you meet the course prerequisites, complete the preparation lab, and use a stable network connection.

The hands-on labs have a time limit, often three hours. The counter will start when the lab resources have spun up and are ready for you to use. This can take several minutes; however, this will NOT limit your hands-on lab time. In exceptional cases, the platform team may grant you extra time for the hands-on lab.

Why should I choose a yearly subscription?

Upskilling is an ongoing process which can't be done in one month. We encourage you to learn daily or at least weekly to stay up-to-date with the current market. For that reason, our courses aren't big chunks to swallow, but small pieces you can do on a daily base.

Is there a difference between Team and Individual solutions?

Team solutions encompass everything included in Individuals solutions and more. Team solutions are designed to create and execute upskilling programs for your organisation. It includes onboarding and levels of customization. Workflows are available to create teams and assign these to various upskilling resources.

How does reimbursement work?

The Pro subscription is designed to provide you access as a Secure DevOps professional to all available upskilling resources. You can even request to have up to 2 colleagues for selected course access. This is available for you to test the services for your team. In case a Team or Enterprise contract includes the Pro's seat, the total costs for the Pro subscription (till date) will be reimbursed.  Refund of all subscription fees will happen directly to your bank account.

What does Grow with Everable mean?

Everable is committed to expanding its services for enterprises. New upskilling programs. New self-service and course customization options. And more.  In your Enterprise contract, these new services will become available at no additional costs. We will inform and train you how to reap benefits.

How many teams can be defined?

In an Enterprise solution, the number of teams you can define is essentially unlimited.

With a Pro subscription, can I include my colleagues?

Yes, you can!  Contact our support team which colleagues you like to add to your Pro subscription and what courses you would like them to get assigned to. They will take care of this.

This way, the Pro subscription is a perfect means to test our services and the feasibility for your organisation. An upgrade to Teams or Enterprise solution will lead to full reimbursement of all costs made with the Pro subscription.

Will I be charged now for a free trial?

No, there is no charge for a free trial.

Upon spending the free tokens granted to your wallet to a course, you have the option to upgrade to one of the paid subscriptions.

What is the difference between Introduction modules and Practitioner courses?

Introduction modules are free accessible resources to explore the skills taxonomy for Secure DevOps. For every Secure DevOps skill category in our taxonomy, there is an introductory module with the aim to provide an overview and insight on the skills relevant. These modules also contain basic hands-on challenges for entry-level engineers. These modules can provide you with a DevSecOps 101 badge if you complete them all.

Practioner Courses can be acquired via one of the solutions provided. These courses are designed to upskill yourself in a specific skill area in one of the categories of the Secure DevOps skills taxonomy.

These courses contain hands-on labs with exercises for various skill levels.

Successfully completing the course and hands-on labs will bring you Practitioner Certificates.
