Will I be charged for a free trial?

A free trial will not be charged if the contract will continue after the 14 days

How do team and individual contracts differ?

Individual contracts are with limit support options. Also, in individual contracts, the lab times can not be extended. 

Can I get a refund when I switch from individual to team contract?

Yes, you can; contact us!

What is an in-house tournament?

An in-house tournament is an internal event that stimulates platform usage. We add a competitive component to make learning more fun and engaging. Contact us for options! 

How many teams can be defined?

There are no limits!
